If you love dancing and music, if you wish to improve your fitness level, endurance and coordination without focusing on detailed dance technique, this is THE CLASS FOR YOU! Suitable for any fitness level. It's all about having fun while Salsa, Cha Cha or Tango, not to forget Quickstep, Waltz and Bachata. There is something for everyone!
